Paola Laird is a profoundly passionate person who understands the importance of laughter and is willing to fight for what her clients want out of life. She brings an equal amount of love and rigor to her executive coaching, offering a balance of compassion and accountability. With Awesome’s clients, she generally focuses on somatics, a methodology she’s studied and practiced for many years, as a way of unlocking potential.    

Paola believes that it is our birthright to have enough safety, connection, belonging and dignity, and finds her purpose in being a warrior for this cause. She is inspired by kindness and the amazing things her clients achieve in the world.

Originally from Argentina, Paola came to the United States more than 25 years ago with her mom and brother. Today, she’s a mom to an 18-year-old son that keeps her on her toes. She lives in Oakland, CA with her partner, and pup Luna. Paola is a rock climber and loves the outdoors. She is also an avid gardener, growing her own avocados, citrus fruit, and seasonal vegetables.
