Jenny has been guiding change and transformation for leaders and organizations for the last 14+ years. As an Executive Coach, she supports leaders in cultivating greater self-awareness, skillfully navigating dynamic relationships and environments, and learning how to take conscious and courageous action. Her passion is coaching driven, visionary leaders who want to have greater influence and impact, expand their reach, and make their greatest contribution. In addition to coaching, she has led initiatives and teams to support a multitude of Fortune 500 organizations through change initiatives aimed at creating cultures of leadership, learning, innovation, agility, and collaboration.

Jenny has been invited to speak at universities, including the Hult International School of Business and Sonoma State, and for organizations such as Future Women Leaders of San Francisco on topics including change and transformation, women in leadership, and creating cultures of purpose. She has contributed articles to Forbes.com, and for Imperative, a startup focused on creating purpose driven organizations and leaders.

She holds a BA in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Organizational Development, and is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She lives in San Francisco with her partner David, children Ayla and Emory, dog Piper, and fish Sushi.
